Hair Maintenance:
Comb hair regularly from tips to root with a wide tooth comb. Apply a few drops of Argan oil once in a while to maintain hair lustre and shine.

Processing Time for our Wigs (Standard Time) is 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). This is to ensure that we provide quality wigs with no mistakes
However, braided wigs processing can be expedited at a cost (except Ultra-Slim Twists).

Please keep in mind that our Hair Wigs are machine sewn neatly and our Braided Wigs are carefully handcrafted and customised to your specific options, not mass-produced.
Processing Time for our Wigs (Standard Time) is 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). This is to ensure that we provide quality wigs with no mistakes. Also, note that all micro braid/twists, Faux Locs styles and hair colouring require extra processing time, due to the fact that they are tedious and very time-consuming.
Shipping takes 2-5 Business days after Processing (depending on your location). Please expect a slight delay in shipping due to the COVID-19.
Please understand that your Billing or Shipping Address should correspond with your registered address on file with your credit card company. Otherwise, your order may not be processed and might be cancelled.
Kindly note that if you choose to Pay Deposit, Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE as we start processing your order once your deposit is made. Your Order will be shipped once Payment is Completed.
