We at Finest Hairs and Accessories® take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction. All our virgin hair extensions are painstakingly sourced and our Braided Wigs are prepared by some of the most skilled craftsmen in the hair industry to ensure our customers receive nothing short of the Finest Quality Virgin Hair Extensions and Braided Wigs.
Every order is thoroughly inspected and pictures taken before leaving our Warehouse, we also double-checked orders before it is sent to you in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customer and ensure quality.
Due to the nature of the wigs and the time taken to manufacture the braided wigs, we do not resell used hairs/wigs for health reasons, there is no exchange and returns or refunds are possible under specific conditions. All “SALES” are final and refunds are not allowed. It is against federal law to resell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair /braided wigs/ wigs/ handmade /haircare products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.
We take returns, refunds issues seriously and we will go any length legally with scammers trying to steal from hardworking small business owners and artisans hand braiding these units.
In order to avoid fraud, further documentation or forms of identification may be requested to process your order if your billing address differs from your shipping address. If you are unable to provide a genuine means of identification, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you according to our cancellation policy. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND STORE CREDIT.
RETURN: We do not accept returns/exchanges unless we send you the wrong order or item is defective. If we ship you the wrong order or your wig is defective, please contact us first via email to discuss the problem(s) you are concerned about. If you want to return your order, please notify us at email@example.com, stating the reason with picture reference and your Order ID within 48 hours of receipt. We will inspect and respond with the return address if need be. Please do not return the wig without our permission. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Any return made without contacting us before returning is not guaranteed. We may not receive your returned item, then we will not exchange nor refund. Wig must be sent back complete in the original packaging (we know how we send all of our wigs). All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for package lost in transit. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before returning your order.
You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service, because we will look into it with matching visuals of the state the wig was in before it was sent to you, to actually confirm if the fault was from us.
- We will not accept any returns or exchange of any product where the seal holding the hairs together has been removed, where the hair has been tampered with or where the lace of the wig has been cut or relabeled. Therefore, products must be returned unused, in the exact condition and original packaging it was received.
- If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any exchange or refund.
- Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return.
- Please note that free gifts should be shipped out/returned unused together with the original package otherwise Retail value will be charged.
- No refund or exchange on wigs that do not meet the aforementioned criteria will be considered. If it is determined that the products have been damaged, lace cut, defaced, relabeled or gifts included not returned Finest Hairs reserves all rights to dispose of products and withhold a refund. You can request for your item sent back to you and you will be charged reshipping fees.
All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- For our customers who got a wrong order, we will be responsible for the shipment fee you incurred in returning back the wig to us if you paid Shipping Fee. However, if the order was initially shipped Free, Customer will pay the Return Shipping Cost. We must receive and inspect the order by matching it with all initial visual recordings of how the wig was before we sent it to you and in what state we received it for confirmation to determine if we are at fault of sending you wrong or default order, before an exchange or a refund can be made.
- Note: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.
REFUND: Once your return is received and inspected, an email would be sent to you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, please allow 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods for exchange if available or a refund to be processed. A refund will be applied to your account in form of Store Credit via Gift Card, less a 10% processing fee charged by the Payment Processing System (We get charged for processing your payments on our website by the payment providers you have selected which are non-refundable fees).
You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. SHIPPING FEE (DHL EXPRESS) IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
Please note that we only offer store credit via E-Card for orders that have been processed and shipped.
Store Credit = Amount paid for Product - less a 10% processing fee charged by the Payment Processing System.
CHANGE POLICY: If you do not select any colour option, length option, or other customization options you want from the drop-down menu on the website, your wig would be made by default to the same exact colour displayed on the product page and other options mentioned on the description of the style’s product page you purchased. We are not responsible for contacting you as regards your choices. Also, your order won’t be eligible for a return or a refund. Please, ensure you go through your order correctly before you place them.
- If you would like to change your order details and style, this can only be done within 24 hours of placing the order. After this stated time, it is final. Order style, colour or length can be changed before processing. We will effect the change for you according to your request within 24 hours after placing your order.
- Order details and customization options cannot be changed once we start processing (you have only 24 hours after the order has been placed to make a change). If you choose to cancel, we will cancel and refund you according to our cancellation policy. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that ordering a wig for your appearance is an important undertaking. However, it is important to note that our wigs are handmade customized specially for you according to the preferred option you choose. We get charged for processing your payments on our website by the payment providers you have selected which are non-refundable fees. Also, we incur production Labor Costs and Material Costs as soon as production begins.
The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
- Standard orders cancelled within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation: you will get a partial refund consisting of $25 less the item price and the full shipping cost. Please keep in mind that a $75 Cancellation/25% Restocking fee (whichever is greater) will apply if a Cancellation is made after 48 hours of placing your order. Once the item has been delivered, the order can't be cancelled.
- All refunds will be made to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned wig has not been used and opened.
