Every order is thoroughly inspected and packaged with love before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. And due to the nature of the wigs and the time taken to manufacture the braided wigs we sell and health reasons, there is no exchange, return or refund permitted.
- If the wig is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address, return is accepted within 3 days after the buyer receives their order
- If we ship the wrong wig, the item will be replaced after receipt/inspection of the wig and store credit issued.
- After we receive the returned wigs, if it qualifies for an exchange, we will make a replacement depending on our available stock. And if none is in stock or available, a refund will be issued.
- Approved returned items come back to the distribution centre; we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return.
- If the products ordered were out of stock and the customer demands a refund, we will refund the exact value paid for the product.
- We will not accept any returns or exchange of any product where the seal holding the hairs together has been removed or where the hair has been tampered with. Therefore, products must be returned in the exact condition it was received.
- If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any exchange or refund.
- Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return.
- Please note that free gifts should be shipped out/returned together with the original package.
All wigs are thoroughly inspected and pictures taken before leaving our Warehouse and double-checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality.
We do not accept exchanges unless we send wrong order or item is defective. it must be in the original state when received. Please contact us via email at email@example.com with your Order number and one of our team members will assist you.
If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please keep in mind that a $55 Cancellation/25% Restocking fee will apply if a cancellation is made after 24 hours of placing your order.
